This Works In Transit Camera Close Up Review

Hey Lovelies!
So if you follow me on snapchat (thelippielady) you’ve probably heard me chatting about the In Transit Camera Close Up from This Works, and I wanted to share my first impressions with you all!
On the packaging, it says that this is a mask, moisturiser and primer all in one so when I heard about it at the This Works event at Beauty Bazaar on Sunday, I was intrigued. When you first apply this to your skin it goes on like a moisturiser but as you rub it in it goes to a matte finish which is great for blurring out pores and imperfections.

I have only used this once so far but I applied it underneath my Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation and everything went on beautifully (if I do say so myself!).

If felt really smooth and my skin did feel more hydrated throughout the day compared to when I use my Nivea Post Shave Balm as a primer.

As for how it lasted throughout the day, I was really impressed. I did my makeup at about 5am and when I came to taking it off at 5pm everything was still in place and I could’ve gotten a few more hours out of it!

As for the price point of this product, it does cost £30 (Harvey Nichols online) so it is a bit more pricey, but I personally think it’s worth it, especially if you have combination skin and you need that matte finish that won’t completely dry you out!

I hope you have enjoyed reading about this product, be sure to let me know what you think if you’ve tried it! And for anyone in/ around Liverpool, don’t forget that you have until this Saturday 28th to try the This Works Sleep Pod in Beauty Bazaar by Harvey Nichols!

Thank you so much for reading

Alex
